CrossFit will provide results that you will not get through any other fitness program. CrossFit workouts incorporate olympic weightlifting, gymnastic (body weight) movements and cardiovascular endurance to promote health and fitness. Beginners to elite athletes, all ages and sizes can benefit from CrossFit. You will be guided through class by professional coaches who will motivate and inspire you to reach possibilities that you never imagined. The atmosphere will allow you to feed your natural competitive side while sharing camaraderie with our community of members. How do I get started?
The people here are absolutely amazing, you will love it here, we guarantee it. We offer a free introduction class, please simply fill out the GET STARTED button in the upper right hand corner. If you are interested in joining CrosFit VSP we REQUIRE everyone to attend 3 beginners classes before we can safely and efficiently have you start attending our regularly programmed schedule. You will receive a confirmation email along with a follow up call form one of your coaches reminding you to arrive 5-10 minutes early so that we can have you fill out a liability waiver. It is important that you eat properly and that you are properly hydrated prior to showing up. Also please be dressed appropriate, in your first class you will be learning skill sets and movements. If you are looking to continue with CrossFit VSP as a member you will need both a Mind Body and a WODTime account set up with us so that we can keep track of your progress.
