How do I get Started?
Welcome to CrossFit VSP! We are excited to have you come in and try us for the very first time. We are currently experiencing a traffic influx. Please be patient with our management team as we continue to do our best to accommodate everyone.
To schedule your first fundamentals class, please simply click the GET STARTED button in the upper right hand corner. Once you complete the form, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on setting up a WODTime account and scheduling your first class. For liability reasons and so that we can focus on getting you started please read carefully through the disclosures. Also please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your first class to fill out a waiver.
Your safety is our number one concern. We require everyone new to CrossFit VSP to graduate our Fundamentals classes. Once you graduate your Fundamentals classes we GUARANTEE you will LOVE it here.
What can I expect?
If you are willing to work hard and sweat hard, you can expect to get into the best shape of your life with some of the most amazing people you will ever meet. You can expect to walk into one of the cleanest, most organized CrossFit gyms in all of Orange County.
At CrossFit VSP we have a different WOD (or Workout of the Day) posted online every day. This can be seen by clicking the WOD-TIME link in the toolbar. There are five different versions of each work out to ensure that you will feel comfortable and confident about your ability to safely participate. We can increase or decrease the level of difficulty depending on your skill set. Here at CrossFit VSP we require everyone to have a WODTIme account so that we can track and trace all of your results for you. The workout gets posted on WODTime every night at 9 PM for the following day, where not only can you view the workout description, but we also traditionally provide a video description of the movement standards. With 10 level 1 Certified coaches you will commonly find a 5 to 1 member to coach ratio here at CrossFit VSP.
